What is ABA?
ABA stands for Applied Behavior Analysis. It is a scientifically validated treatment method based on documented learning principles. Its goal is to modify behavior using reinforcers and consequences in a meaningful, positive way so that individuals with behavioral issues and their families may participate more fully in the world around them.
What is Autism?
Autism and autism spectrum disorder are developmental disabilities that consist of several key components. These are characterized, in varying levels of severity, by persistent repetitive behaviors, issues with verbal and non-verbal communication, and a noted lack of social interaction. Individuals with autism are not necessarily intellectually disabled or savants. Their intelligence ranges just like any other group of individuals.
Do you take insurance?
ReaLife ABA accepts some insurance providers. Please inquire as to whether yours is included. If it is not, we are happy to provide you with a reimbursement receipt and will gladly assist in any way possible to get our services covered for your family.

What is Equine facilitated ABA?
Equine facilitated ABA takes advantage of a horse’s movement in order to reinforce and provide consequences for behavior. The horse’s movement and rhythm closely mimics the patterns and rhythms that are so important for typical development. Many times they are missing in individuals who have autism or other behavioral needs. Horses allow us to re-program an individual’s brain in order to help him or her learn those missing patterns.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Central Texas/Austin area and travel to client’s homes in order to run sessions. We also provide online sessions via Zoom.
